  Having considered that it is in the reciprocal interest that students of the L’istituto tecnico, professionale, parauniversitario di Milano may spend a period of internship (or stage”, or stage de formation”, or practical training”, or Praktikum”, or tirocinio”) at Name of Firm or Company, agree on the following:

1.  Name of Firm or Company accepts to admit students and graduates of the L’istituto tecnico, professionale, parauniversitario di Milano as trainees on the proposal of the Università degli Studi di Firenze.

2.  Name of Firm or Company reserves the right to determine the total number of trainees who can be accepted in any given period of time.

3.  The parties agree that during the period of internship each trainee will be supervised by an academic tutor selected by L’istituto tecnico, professionale, parauniversitario di Milano as well as by a member of Name of Firm or Companys staff, selected by Name of Firm or Company.

4.  The parties agree that for each trainee admitted an Internship Programme” will be defined which will include: Name of trainee, Name of academic tutor, Name of Firm or Company supervisor, basic purpose and contents of the internship, length of internship, location where the training will take place, details of insurance policies; duties of the trainee; possible benefits granted by Name of Firm or Company. The Internship Programme” shall be signed by the trainee.

5.  The parties agree that each trainee is expected to: undertake the work laid down in his/her Internship Programem”; respect all the foreseen rules of hygene, safety and health while at work, respect the rules of secrecy and discretion as regards data, information or knowledege on methods of production and products learnt during the internship; be present on the Name of Firm or Company premises at the times agreed upon with Name of Firm or Company; respect the schedule fixed, the work environment, the rules and the expected behaviour of Name of Firm or Company; write a final report on his/her activities.

6.  Name of Firm or Company takes the obligation to: respect the Internship Programme”; immediately inform L’istituto tecnico, professionale, parauniversitario di Milano of any accident befalling the trainee; immediately inform L’istituto tecnico, professionale, parauniversitario di Milano of the suspension or early interruption of the internship period agreed upon and indicated in the Internship Programme”; forward a short final evaluation of the programme drawn on L’istituto tecnico, professionale, parauniversitario di Milano forms by the Name of Firm or Company supervisor in order to enable L’istituto tecnico, professionale, parauniversitario di Milano to recognize the proper credits to the student.

7. L’istituto tecnico, professionale, parauniversitario di Milano shall ensure each trainee against accidents which may occur during the internship both on the job and outside as well as against any damages which the trainee may be liable for up to an amount of 10 bill’ion lire for each event and up to 2 bill’ion lire for each person damaged.

8.  This agreement shall have an unlimited validity. Each of the parties may withdraw with a six months notice.
